
Grief isn't linear. The healing process begins, stalls, picks up again and repeats itself. Our losses inevitably change us, much like any other major life event. Our experience moves between sorrow and growth. Pain often feels like the only thing connecting you to your loss. The journey truly begins when you understand there's another way to connect. A way that allows you to live your life fully while still honoring that lost part of you.
